Psk. Yonca Önal

In 2018, she graduated from Maltepe University, Department of Psychology with an honors degree by completing half a semester early. She completed her undergraduate education internship at Bakırköy Mental and Neurological Diseases Hospital.
Psk.Yonca Önal completed her thesis titled "Examination of Cyberbullying and Virtual Social Exclusion Behaviors in the Use of Social Media Applications in terms of Various Demographic Variables", together with Dr. Lecturer Umut Çıvgın, in the Clinical Psychology Master's Program at Cyprus International University in 2022. He has the title of "Expert Clinical Psychologist".

In 2019 she completed , 'WISC-r' education by Gizem Berikan, 'Adult Tests' by Sezen Erem, 'Game Therapy' by Lütfü Kaan Özdemir, 'Interpreting Children's Pictures', 'Fairytale Therapy', Solution-Focused Therapy', ' While receiving training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy', 'Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in Children', 'Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Therapy', 'Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Therapy', Psk. Sibel Cesur Akyunak and she also completed the Ministry of National Education approved "Family Counseling" training from Şenay Ölmez.

Towards the end of 2018, she provided counseling services at Sera psychology and counseling center and also completed 'Child Tests' from Gizem Berikan, 'MMPI' from Sezen Erem, and Acceptance and Determination Therapy and 'Mindfulness Therapy' from Lütfü Kaan Özdemir. During this period, she carried out studies on mindfulness and organized a mindfulness workshop for children.

Psk.Yonca Önal completed the supervision of all the theoretical and test trainings she received during her certificate training with her trainers, and during her training in Clinical Psychology Master's program, Prof. Dr. She took and continues to take supervision lessons from Buket Erkal. In addition to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in recent years, she has continued her supervisions within the scope of Mindfulness and ACT, focusing more on Conscious Awareness (Mindfulness) and Acceptance and Dedication (ACT) trainings, which are among other behavioral schools.

In order to improve her mindfulness skills, she participated in Zümra Atalay's "Mindfulness in Individual Therapy" and "Body Scanning" programs and completed Didem Hacıpaşaoğlu's "Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)" training. During these processes, he continued to carry out various studies and trainings on yoga and meditation.
