She started her career as a psychological counselor in the field of special education and spent 17 years in private schools, in various levels of psychological counseling and coordinator duties. She has produced and hosted a TV show in her field.

Later, in order to continue her therapy work, she established the Impact Counseling Center as a guide and to be the right address for individuals and families. With the team spirit, each of them continues to serve by growing gradually with their expert staff. In addition to being a therapist, she continues to provide training and supervision for institutions and colleagues.

She also worked as a lecturer on Child Mental Health at Dokuz Eylul University Buca Education Faculty Preschool Education Department.

She eclectically benefits from the training she received from many different theories and therapy methods. However, especially after receiving EMDR Therapy training, she started to continue her therapies from the perspective of trauma and focused on working with the effects of an attachment and bonding relationship that extends from the mother's womb to the client's relationship with himself and his environment, that is, on their adaptation to life.

In addition to continuing their consultations for individuals and groups; she gives trainings for institutions and continues training and supervision studies for her colleagues. She also takes great pleasure in trying to take part in any organization that is demanded of her as a volunteer.

She was a founding member of Izmir PDR Association and a board member of the Turkish PDR Association. She is still a member of Turkish PDR Association, EMDR Association, Marriage and Family Counselors Association.

He took his first step into his profession, which he decided during his high school years, as the first graduate of the Department of Guidance and Psychological Counseling at Dokuz Eylül University, where he graduated with the 3rd and 2nd degrees in the faculty in 1993. He completed his master's program with thesis, which he started in the same year, in the field of Developmental Psychology at Ege University Institute of Social Sciences and received the title of specialist.
