exp. Dr. Mukaddes Özcan was born in Nazilli. After completing his medical education at Ege University Faculty of Medicine, he continued to work as a general practitioner in Balıkesir and Bursa. He then completed his residency in the field of dermatology at Uludag University Faculty of Medicine. He chose this field as the subject of his thesis on fungal diseases.

Dr. After completing his compulsory service at Bilecik State Hospital, Özcan worked as the Director of the Infectious Diseases Branch in Bursa. This assignment gave him the opportunity to study syphilis (syphilis) and leprosy (leprosy). Dr. While Özcan was working as a dermatologist at Bursa State Hospital, he also started accepting patients in his own practice.
