Prof. Dr. Alin Başgül Yiğiter

She graduated from Istanbul Nişantaşı Girls' High School in 1988 with the first place in the school. From 2009 to 2018, the whole group including Istanbul Florence Nightingale, Kadıköy Florence Nightingale, Europe and Gayrettepe Florence Nightingale Hospitals worked for 9 years.

She was the Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Istanbul Bilim University Faculty of Medicine in 2009 and then the Head of the Department of Perinatology at Istanbul Bilim University. Having worked as a faculty member at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine for seven years and Istanbul Bilim University for five years, Prof. Dr. Alin Başgül Yiğiter gave lectures on pregnancy and childbirth to medical faculty students at Istanbul Bilim University for 9 years between 2009-2018.

Perinatologist Prof. Dr. Alin Başgül Yiğiter has articles published in international and national journals, and presentations in international and national congresses. prof. Dr. Yiğiter has been invited to various countries of the world to speak at international congresses on Obstetrics and Gynecology and perinatology.
prof. Dr. Alin Başgül Yiğiter has written chapters in 6 books published abroad on perinatology, gynecology and obstetrics.

She still serves her patients in her clinic located in Vital Fulya.

In 1995,she successfully graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in English.

She specialized in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine in 1995-2000.

Between 2002-2004, she received her Fetal Medicine (perinatology) specialization diploma from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Department of Fetal Maternal Medicine, from London King's College University, one of the world's most important centers in the field of Perinatology.

Between 2002-2009, she worked as a lecturer in Marmara University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Perinatology.
She received the title of Associate Professor in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2007, and then Professor in 2012.
