Op. Dr. Kayıhan Çağlar

He was born in Kütahya - Emet in 1970. After completing his primary, secondary and high school education in Kütahya, he graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty with the title of medical doctor in 1994. He completed his General Surgery specialization in Istanbul - Şişli Hamidiye Etfal Training and Research Hospital in December 1999.

He started his duty as General Surgery Specialist in Eskişehir - Sivrihisar State Hospital as of January 2000 and continued his duty of Chief Medical Officer, which was entrusted to him in April, until April 2002.

Afterwards, he worked at Eskişehir State Hospital for twelve years. In July 2014, he resigned from his civil service upon an invitation from the private sector.

He is currently working as a general surgery specialist at Private Eskişehir Anadolu Hospital, where he worked as a Responsible Manager and Chief Physician for a year.
